I grew up going to church. My mother made sure that the three of us (my brother sister and myself) were in church every time the doors were open. I just assumed that was enough to get me into Heaven. I was so wrong.
One night when I was about 12 I came to the realization that it was not enough. I knew that even though I was never a bad kid I had still done so much wrong in my life. It was then that I made the decision to follow Christ.
It took a while for me to fully understand the meaning of the decision I made but I have never regretted it. Its amazing to me that God loves me in spite of my shortcomings.
