Growing up all through high school I was the typical ""good guy."" I was liked by a lot people. I was captain of two sports, president of eight clubs, and salutatorian of my class. Even with all of this I was still searching, but I didn't know for what just something that would make me feel complete. That is when I met a couple of people who would change my life. They accepted me for simply me just being me. I didn't have to impress them with anything!
I began to see something different about them that I wanted. I was tired of being fake trying to impress everyone! That is when I met Christ. The people I had met were Christian and told me about their relationship with Jesus Christ. As soon as I accepted Jesus as Lord of my life things began to change. I was content just being me, and felt so much at rest than ever before. I ended up losing a lot of my popularity but I didn't care. Even now things are still changing and I am continually being drawn closer with Christ.
